At people+, we are supporting our client, in the search for Deputy Store Managers to join the team for the opening of the first Victoria's Secret store in Zagreb, Croatia. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a globally recognized fashion brand and play a key leadership role in launching a new store. Depending on your experience and strengths, you will focus on either Customer Experience or Brand Delivery & Operations, while working closely with the Store Manager to ensure commercial success, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Support the day-to-day operations of the store while contributing to the achievement of business objectives - Drive sales performance and monitor key retail KPIs - Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and sales associates, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team - Ensure exceptional customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience aligned with Victoria's Secret's brand standards - Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures - Support recruitment, onboarding, training, workforce planning, and employee development - Coordinate employee scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels - Manage stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and product availability - Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and maintain excellent store presentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations and a successful store launch

What we're looking for: - Previous experience as a Store Manager in a smaller store or Deputy Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing retail teams - Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs - Experience in either customer experience, store operations, stock management, workforce planning, or a combination of these areas - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment - Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, or other international retail brands is considered an advantage - Good English If you're ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career and be part of the launch of the first Victoria's Secret store in Croatia, we'd love to hear from you.
