Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Evaluate training needs for commercial employees (primarily for the Medical Representatives) by cooperating closely with Heads of Departments
- Develop and schedule training programmes for field force in accordance with department needs and within the allocated budget
- Deliver trainings for Field Force (Professional Selling Skills (basic and advanced), Presentation Skills, Key Account Management) according to basic training curricula, and other, as required; (STEP, e-learning)
- Accompany Medical Representatives in business calls/presentations, assess adoption of techniques, provide feedback and corrective action plan when necessary
- Identify, select, and collaborate with training providers on delivery of external courses
