Inventory Planner (m/f)

Due to an expansion of our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated: Inventory Planner (m/f). What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the team, you will be an integral role ensuring calculation of the necessary raw materials, packing and auxiliary material with the purpose of quality management and enabling unhindered production. You'll also: - Place orders by purchasing department taking into account current inventory, cash flow, available storage and space and production plan - Keep stock at two external warehouses - Monitor the obsolete and slow moving stock and proposing actions to be taken, and monitoring the write-off process - Delisting/renovation management; Answer for the implementation of new artworks on packing material - Check whether customers are informed, and whether invoicing has been performed to the final customer of all justified write-offs - Inform other departments the condition of stocks, the number of bars that can be produced and the changes that occur in production related to changes in recipes and packing materials

What You'll Need To Be Successful In The Role - Fluency in verbal and written English is a must - Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Client oriented and friendly attitude - Excellent communication skills - Experience in resolving disputes - Attention to details, ability to process large volumes of information - Supply Chain understanding - Team-oriented and multitasking
