Objective:
You will receive a thorough training in Zagreb by our local team. After a positive evaluation you will have to relocate to Belgium (Antwerp) where you will work in our office in Deurne.
In this job you are the point of contact for the internal client (Government Logistics department), the military dispatch team and the customer. This function is situated on two levels. You have the embassy section on the one hand and the military section on the other. In this position you are responsible for registering and coordinating survey, delivery and packing requests for the division. You are also responsible for a qualitative administrative follow-up of these moves.

Embassy tasks:
- You are responsible for the follow-up of embassy relocation files.
- You register pre-moves/surveys in the ERP system MoveWare.
- You apply for parking permits and you print and check documents for the delivery requests and the packing requests.
Military tasks:
- You are responsible for registering survey, delivery and packing requests in the ERP system MoveWare.
- You register and plan the shipments on time. You take into account the described military working procedures.
- You follow up the files and provide all parties involved with a state of affairs.
- You handle complaints.
- You are responsible for your assigned files.
- You apply for and follow up parking permits.
- You are in contact with the military booking offices in preparation for dispatch and shipment. For this you save the necessary documents and prepare the invoicing.
General:
- You proactively look for solutions. You follow up problems that arise during the relocation assignments in a timely manner.
- You ensure good communication and contact with clients, transporters, the removal team and other internal and external stakeholders.
- You report to the board or management regarding safety and the environment. You are responsible for compliance with the internal procedures and work instructions within the Quality System.
- You start files and close them correctly. You ensure correct input and registration of documents, files and follow-up for dispatch and invoicing.
- You provide training to the moving team regarding the correct completion of the required documents.
