Billing Specialist (m/f)

Brunata d.o.o., the leading Croatian and European service provider for measuring individual heating and water consumption, and the manufacturer of heat and water meter, announces a position in the Billing department of the Billing Specialist (m/f). Responsibilities: - Preforms heat and water allocations - Meeting the customer needs by giving helpful tips and making recommendations on how to resolve daily issues - Properly manages unresolved queries to the next level of support - Daily usage of Brunata’s Billing platform - Maintains customer records in the CRM by updating account information - Requesting service by CRM from Brunata’s Service center - Supports colleagues in other departments with information in order to provide timely feedback to customers The Billing specialist is part of the team and is directly responsible to the Billing manager.

The ideal candidate has a college or higher school of economics or similar orientation. Working experience is not required (experience in industry is a plus). A candidate must have excellent communication skills, be helpful and trustworthy as well as a good team player. It possesses a high level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation. Fluency in English and computer literacy are mandatory. Advantage: knowledge of the local legislation about individual cost allocation (not mandatory).
