Villa Host / Housekeeper (m/ž)

We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Villa Host / Housekeeper to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. This role focuses on assisting with guest comfort, satisfaction and engagement during their stay, maintaining the villa’s cleanliness, and assisting with meal service. Extensive guest care will be handled by the Villa Manager, while you will provide friendly, helpful support, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, daily cleaning, changeover cleaning, preparing a light breakfast, and assisting the chef during meals. Main Responsibilities: - Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a brief tour of the villa - Assist guests with general needs and requests, offering a friendly, helpful service - Keep all villa indoor areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained - Perform daily housekeeping and full cleaning on changeover days - Prepare (with chef) and serve a light breakfast - Assist the chef with serving lunch and dinner (setting the table, serving, clearing) - Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the Villa Manager - Ensure all guest areas are tidy, stocked, and in working order

Requirements: - Fluent English (spoken and understood) - Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest services - Friendly, polite, and service-oriented - Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented - Able to work independently and manage time well - Flexible with working hours, including weekends and guest changeover days
