Document Control Specialist (m/f)

Your main responsibilities as a Document Control Specialist will be: - Creating document lists based on generated engineering content - Monitoring and updating project document lists - Generating documentation sets based on engineering lists - Distribution of engineering documents and documentation sets - Management of Material Specifications and Submittals - Generation of Submittal lists - Quality control checks on generated engineering content - Collaboration with the engineering staff responsible for generating the content - Collaboration with project management on delivering project milestones related to engineering documentation - Assistance with generating time schedules for engineering content delivery - Ensuring that every documentation complies with established criteria and internal standards - Creating procedures and workflows for documentation administration - Communication with clients, subcontractors regarding documentation delivery - Administrating documentation aspects on project content platforms like BIM 360, Procore, SharePoint or share platforms (OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.)

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have: - High School or a University Degree (Preferably technical education) - Work Experience within a multinational environment is an advantage - Work Experience within a large corporation is an advantage - Work Experience in the Construction Industries on a similar position is an advantage - Competence within engineering is an advantage - Ability to communicate & report well and work effectively in Matrix organizations with remote supervision - Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A) - Active user of various Web Based Content Management services, preferred: Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint - Active user of AutoCAD (B), basic knowledge about Building Information Modeling and BIM capable software is advantage (Revit) - Experience in creating visual content and guidelines is advantage - Affinity towards new technology and digitalization - Very good oral and written communication skills in English Language are required If You are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!
