To support both, senior team and current projected workflow demands, there is a requirement for recruitment of an Office Agency Consultant with base of operations in Zagreb, Croatia.
Specifically, the new recruit will serve as first point of contact for tenants, landlords and other parties interested to perform their business operation, promotion or commercialization of their products and activities, inside the properties managed by Advisory & Transaction team. Responsibilities include market analytics, financial advising and identifying and securing business with new clients.
The successful candidate has excellent understanding of the local market movement and acti
vities, as well as a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone motivated, resourceful, and high performance oriented, with a solution based attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Seek prospective tenants and landlords
- Maintain database related to prospective tenants and landlords
- Establish and maintain partnerships with existing and prospective tenants and landlords
- Prepare, analyze and negotiate commercial terms for property leasing
- Prepare market analysis, proposals and presentations for clients, including identification and selection of office premises
- Advise clients for office relocation, re-negotiation and lease re-gear
- Organize and conduct on-site property visits
- Record and store documentation and complete correspondence with company clients
- Report status of leasing activities on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Incorporate applicable industry standards to business operations
- Coordinate internal and external administrative corporate required proceedings
- Perform ad-hoc business support to the team as required
