Currently, we are looking to hire a new back office trainee (m/f) for our office in Zagreb. The position is focused on handling administrative tasks, and giving general support to our trading and logistics teams. As a NoriDane trainee, you will become a part of a fast-growing business with a dynamic and international environment.
The Trainee program is focused on administrative and logistics tasks:
- Preparation of sales and purchase confirmation for traders
- Preparation of loading and truck instructions for the logistics department
- Prepare / Check transport documents and invoices for the logistics department
- Monitoring the dynamics of our customers and supplier payments/credit limits
- Answering questionnaires and providing necessary company information to customers and suppliers
- Communication with the finance department regarding invoices/credit notes
- Assisting with inventory control
- Work in the ERP software
