Opis posla
Polish HR Bridge recruiting company is looking for a representative in Croatia to find new clients and communicate with them. We offer good conditions, the ability to adjust working hours to suit yourself, a fixed hourly salary + % from new clients who will come from outgoing calls, which will guarantee a high monthly income.
Duties of the candidate:
- Making outgoing calls to employers in Croatia and offering our services (4-5 hours a day in the range of 9:00 - 18:00)
- Communicating with potential/current clients from Croatia (need to answer incoming calls between 9:00-18:00, as well as reply to emails in Croatian)

- Fluency in Croatian and one additional language (English or Ukrainian)
- Experience in the field of telephone sales, or prior work in a call center, will be a significant plus
- Work experience and understanding of the field of recruiting will be a significant plus
- Availability every day during business hours, except for weekends
- Willingness to work and openness when communicating with people

We offer a calculation system as follows: a 5-hour working day (4 hours for outgoing calls + 1 hour is allocated for receiving incoming calls and email correspondence). Fixed rate of 5 euros per hour + high bonuses for a closed client for outgoing calls. The average salary will reach: 1000-1500 euros per month. Payment once a month or once every 2 weeks at the request of the candidate.
