Due to the fact that we work it all, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on operational Head of Sales ready to work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Production, Operations and Marketing. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be instrumental in strengthening, building out and leading the company's sales strategy through currently limited logistics in current market conditions. Our target is a very narrow market niche, so we work with our distributors under a variety of commercial structures that require a dynamic and broad approach to business development.
There is a special emphasis on sales strategy in this position and it is essential to represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. This is an individual contributor role and we need someone independent and result-oriented, willing to dive in three weeks crash course with CEO, and then take full hand business on. Targeting new client partnerships and developing existing contracts across service type and geography to support customer success and elevate A-elektronik to be a true leadership partner is fundamental to our sales strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing the sales plans and targets, manage and developing relationships with distributors and end-line customers, identify, target and report on growth opportunities in focus markets, achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth, analyse results and provide accurate business reports to the CEO, contracts drafting maintaining and enforcing, the launch of new products to international markets, post-sales support. This is a unique sales position and strategic account development role and requires energy, ambition and focus.
