People Operations Generalist (m/f)

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist for our technology hub based in Croatia to support our team members and the fast-paced growth of our two SaaS companies, Covideo and Droplr. Duties & responsibilities: - Partner with business and technical leaders to understand business objectives and develop talent strategies to meet those needs - Focus on talent acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes that support our growth. You will be an integral part to the growth of our companies and our operations in Europe - Source and recruit technical talent for our companies - Develop and deliver a world-class employee experience with scalable programs that engage, motivate, and retain employees and help them grow in their careers. - Passionate and energetic, strategy-focused team-builder with people leadership experience - 2+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience - Experience recruiting for technical positions, including product and engineering teams - A self-starter who can take action with minimal supervision and motivate others to do their best work - Experience developing and implementing HR-related initiatives - Superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests, projects, and deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills, building positive relationships with our internal team and external stakeholders, and translating their needs into supporting capabilities - Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow - Self-motivated; confident, positive, energetic, people-focused, and flexible
