Sales & Business Development Manager for Hospitality Venues (Restaurants & Hotels) (m/f)

Responsibilities: - Contacting with potential clients (hospitality venues, restaurants and hotels) via phone, e-mail or other channels to introduce i-host and our company - Arranging presentations and visiting potential clients on-site – establishing relationships - Promoting the benefits of i-host and demonstrating its features to hospitality venues based in Croatia and Serbia - Understanding every client’s pain points and issues they might be facing and provide consultation services as part of the sales process - Ensure our partners remain engaged and loyal and that they renew our collaboration on a yearly basis - Make sure that every client gets customer care services of great level - Collaborating with our business development and account management teams with a goal to optimize the sales/on boarding process - Liaising with our Product and Marketing teams to be aligned with the company’s and platform’s status - Managing the customer base using the company’s CRM tool and arranging presentation using our appointment management system

- Passion about the hospitality sector - At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (ideally in B2B) - Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Reservations Manager is considered a plus - Goal-oriented and self-motivated - Strong communicator who can easily adapt - Native Croatian speaker - You believe that you can assist the Croatian restaurants and hotels to stand out on a global scale
