We are looking for an experienced and motivated People & Culture Advisor (replacement for maternity leave) who will ensure excellent HR operations while promoting our company culture and delivering excellent employee experience. As a People & Culture Advisor you will be responsible for coordinating the HR tasks and operations, as well as data monitoring for three markets Croatia, Serbia and Hungary (all together 21 store).
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks and secure excellent HR operations
- Update HR data base
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
- Prepare employment contracts, annexes and other employment/termination-related documents
- Overview of hiring and terminating process (in cooperation with both Retail and Store Managers)
- Regular contact with Store Managers regarding all personal issues and Labour law
- Secure documents’ flow between HR and employees/departments as well as an external service providers and authorities
- Support payroll process (external provider) - gathering attendances, monitoring absences, preparing bonus tables
- Prepare and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines for store employees
- Prepare reports and annual personnel budget
- Analyse labour market and suggest improvements based on results
- Other issues that might occur related to HR
- Cooperate with Retail Managers (in retail related tasks)
