Operations Associate (m/f)

Given the increase in the scope of work, development of the next version of the software, the expansion of our clients' base, we would like to employ an additional person for the position: Operations Associate (m/ž) for clients in USA. Job description: - Providing client support for Cirtuo web software - Train the clients in usage of the software - Participating in designing new functionalities of the web software, with focus on client’s business requirements and their procurement organizations - Participating in functional testing (via web browser) of Cirtuo web software that support business processes in strategic procurement - Support the development team in creating and updating the list of change requests and monitoring the set deadlines

Specific request: - Working hours are mostly in the afternoon, considering client base in USA Required competencies: - Communication skills and high level of independency - Previous work experience in similar jobs preferable, but not required - Self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, focus on detail and respect of set deadlines - Interest in strategic procurement of large companies and their qualitative improvement (past experience is not a requirement, but passion for understanding the area is) - Language: English - advanced level - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
