We’re always on the lookout for people who would be comfortable in implementing and maintaining platforms for the company's Content Delivery Network and Managed/Colocation services… a.k.a. Linux system administrators.
Start working in our team as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) administrator (m/f), interfacing with our technically-minded customer base, contacting our vendors and contractors, and maintaining and enhancing the company's CDN infrastructure as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled, technical email support to our technically-oriented customer base
- Implementing configuration changes based on customer requests and internal needs
- Communicating general technical requirements and change requests to the company's vendors and contractors
- Providing general maintenance for the company's CDN infrastructure

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Unix and GNU/Linux experience
- Bachelor degree in IT and/or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to triage issues
- Attention to detail
- Clean and fluent English
