Opis posla
- Email customer support
- Opening doors to customers and delivery
- Telephone communication with customers
- Ordering consumables as needed (some materials, e.g. water, transport boxes...) - in cooperation with the Production and Procurement Manager and the Operations Manager
- Receiving and testing warranty returns
- Device testing
- Help with MKT campaigns
- Assistance with market research
- Help with managing the Waldpass brand
- Receipt of receipts for procurement and processing through the system, and distribution of the same goods to different warehouses (under the supervision of the Procurement and Production Manager)
- Creation of business records
- In addition to receipts, primary processing of URA under the supervision of the Operations Manager
- Attending online seminars
- Other jobs in procurement and administration as needed
- Assistant jobs in production according to the order of the Head of Production and Procurement
