Production Operator Subassembly (m/f)

We are currently considering expanding our base and planning to open a production facility in Sveta Nedelja to set up a production and testing line of components and subassemblies for our WingtraOne survey drone, for which we are looking for the first skilled technicians. Responsibilities: - Assembly and testing of components - End of Line components testing - Performing tasks based on operation standards (step by step work instructions) using various types of manual or semi-automated tools - Operating different kind of tools, benches & jigs (training will be provided) - Following instructions in English and performing in a timely manner - Incoming goods inspections - Packing of the the finished goods and forwarding to other Wingtra sites - Keeping the workplace clean and highly organized - Responsible for the safety of personal and equipment

Requirements: - Basic use of manual and power tools - Very good oral and written communication skills in English - Basic computer skills and ERP usage - High-school degree in the mechanical or electrical field - Highly motivated and accountable for assigned tasks - Ready to learn new skills necessary to execute all the tasks - Croatian work permit (no sponsorship possible) Plus: - Experienced key ERP user (Odoo, SAP or similar) - Proven record of accurate work in series production - Experienced in soldering of harnesses, connectors and SMD components
