Client Support Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team in Zagreb to help us maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing professional support on new requests. You would be working as an intermediary between our clients and our developer team. Communicating with clients in a timely and professional manner, creating tasks for devs, overseeing the implementation of support/project tasks, and ensuring clients’ satisfaction would be at the core of your daily routine. Depending on the company’s needs and your inclinations, you would also collaborate with our sales managers on generating new opportunities and converting leads into new clients. The main tasks would include: - Providing client support and gathering project requirements - Liaising with our developers - creating dev tasks, testing, and quoting - Supervising project/tasks implementation - Advise leads and clients about our services and products - Take part in the process of quoting projects/support tasks - Updating website content and configuration - Bring your existing experience and training into our team and help us improve and grow our processes and tools

Our ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: - Experience in working in the web dev industry, preferably as a support specialist, or in related roles (project manager, sales representative, account manager) - Fluent in German and English (due to our target markets, this is a must) - Positive, respectful, and professional attitude in oral and written communication (finding the right balance between overt formality and unwarranted intimacy) - Able to combine analytical and synthetic thinking, as in seeing the wood for the trees without bumping into a tree - Quick and thorough, since the number of our projects make speed and multitasking matter, just as the ability to be on top of everything - Creative with new ideas and proactive in proposing improvements when and where necessary
