IT Technician - Entry Level (m/f)

We’re currently looking for IT Technicians from anywhere in Croatia to join our IT Support Team! Our IT Techs are providing technical support to end-users via phone, email and remote access using superior customer service. On any given day, our IT Techs might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later they might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building. On a day-to-day basis you will: - Communicate directly with end-users from all over USA, using different channels (phone, email) - Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices - Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc. - Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations - Troubleshoot various Cloud Server related issues - Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client wide issues - Document processes, reported issues, and solutions

What do we expect: - You are fluent in written and spoken English - You’re able to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (main shift for our IT Support Team) - You have excellent communication skills - You have basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office 365, and Computer Networks - You’re a team player - You enjoy solving problems and you’re eager to develop your knowledge - You’re quick to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic IT environment Bonus points: - Work experience in IT support and/or customer support Are you driven to get things done, eager to learn more, and develop your skills on Windows Administration while having fun at work?
