What you'll be doing?
- Execute the CRM strategy by creating automated CRM flows (onboarding, nurturing reactivation, reducing churn);
- Ensure that day to day flow runs effectively and efficiently;
- Coordinate with the creative team to request campaigns assets (graphics, copy, translation), identify the right segmentation/campaign structure and set up the campaigns across the CRM systems;
- Perform advanced customer segmentation by using audience building, list generation, control groups etc, including setting-up A/B tests;
- Develop a high level of proficiency with our CRM and analytics tools;
- Look for automation opportunities;
- Report on KPI metrics.
