We are seeking a bright and energetic Sales Consultant who will primarily be responsible for establishing relationship with users and understanding their needs for our products and services. This is a full-time position.
Job description:
- Finding potential users through various sources
- Promoting products and services to users with the aim of maximizing revenue
- Customer lifecycle management (both pre-sales and after-sales)
- Discovering user's needs and offering potential solutions through the company's services and products
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with users to facilitate sales
- Determining new ways to make product appealing by observing the environment and current trends
- Working closely with other departments to ensure quality of communication with customers
- Maintaining existing client base

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Previous experience in direct sales
- Relevant experience in any commercial area involving contact with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in developing relationships with customers
- Perserverance and patience in working with customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Wilingness to learn in deep Njuškalo's products and services
- Experience in sales planning and great analytical skills
