Key Account Manager (m/f)

- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers. - Business Development – Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new projects. - Strategic Planning – Develop account strategies that align with both client goals and company objectives. - Coordination – Act as the main communication link between the client and internal departments (engineering). - Contract Negotiation – Handle pricing, terms, and renewals with key accounts. - Performance Tracking – Monitor project progress, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts (engineering contractors, EPCs, and fabrication companies). - Understand client technical needs and coordinate with internal design teams (piping, mechanical, structural, electrical). - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, proposals, and service agreements. - Track ongoing project performance, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Identify new opportunities within existing clients and support new market expansion. - Represent BPlant Design at meetings, reviews, and industry events. - Report to company management on account performance and growth opportunities.
