Ocean Freight Forwarder - Customer Service (m/f)

What You'll do: - This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Operations Specialist in Rijeka - responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the smooth operation of our logistics services - Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement - Managing customer support and addressing any issues that arise - Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience - Quick and efficient problem solver, in case of any arising challenge during transportation process

- We are looking for a responsible workforce who can work independently and proactively, whom we can let go of after familiarizing themselves with our systems and use their knowledge in this way - Strong Customer Service Operations and Service Operations skills - Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction - Excellent Analytical Skills Additional relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience in the logistics or transportation industry - Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping, or warehousing - Proficiency in Croatian, English and another language
