We are looking for sales professionals with previous field sales experience in a B2B environment to join our team as a Field Sales Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission while building authentic relationships with local entrepreneurs and helping them grow their businesses through SumUp’s innovative products.
You will receive comprehensive training, tools, and support to help you succeed. If you have previous experience in B2B field sales or possess strong client-facing skills, along with a motivated and ambitious mindset suited for independent field sales work — we would love to meet you!

What your role at SumUp will be:
- Connect with local entrepreneurs, from cafés and hair salons to boutiques and beauty salons, and help them discover simpler and smarter ways to accept payments and grow their business
- Bring your personality into every conversation. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will meet clients face-to-face, demonstrate simple tools such as payment systems and POS devices, and show how they fit into everyday business operations
- Take control of your success. You will plan your territory, follow up with interested leads, and turn “I’ll think about it” into “Let’s get started”
- Become a recognizable face in your community. The more relationships you build, the more your reputation and referrals will grow
