Operational Excellence Specialist (m/ž)

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you'll serve as a key driver of operational efficiency and continuous improvement within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting assessments, analyzing data, devising solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support to colleagues. How you’ll make an impact… - Conducting 5S assessments, audits, and training sessions, leading 5S events, and implementing 5S improvements to streamline processes. - Providing guidance and support for shop floor management practices, including training, implementation, and ongoing support. - Facilitating Lean Six Sigma initiatives by offering White Belt Training, supporting projects, and conducting reviews to ensure effective implementation. - Spearheading the groundwork for introducing flow principles in production processes to enhance efficiency. - Offering support and review for Kaizen activities aimed at continuous improvement. - Contributing to various projects focused on optimizing processes, space within the production area, and standardization. - Collaborating with the global team to establish and implement standardized practices across the organization.

What do you bring… - A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or a related field. - Relevant experience in operational improvement and process optimization. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or other relevant methodologies is a plus. - Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. - Well-developed analytical abilities, perfect communication skills, and the ability to influence at an international level. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively manage projects. - Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, leveraging tools like Excel and other Office365 applications. - Fluent in English.
