Concierge (m/ž)

Navigare Yachting is looking for a person with experience in the yachting service industry with interest to work as dedicated Concierge for our boat owners. This position will be offering flexibility and allowing for remote work from home, and can be also based in our office in Zagreb or in Seget, Croatia. Some of the responsibilities would be: - Following up on new boats entering the Navigare fleet (on-boarding of new boat owners, linking different systems with users in accordance with all logistic steps until a new boat is delivered to it’s final destination) - Dedicated service for our boat owners including booking of their sailing weeks worldwide and after care - Boat documentation follow up and related activities related to boat registration - Diverse administration activities in regards to contracts and agreements - Follow up on owner usage of boats - Control and register of costs related to booked weeks and used services - Follow and assist boat owners at the end of their agreement, provide phase-out support - Make sure all internal documentation is up to date and stored in the appropriate places - Work closely with the concierge team to support all listed activities and daily corresponding with boat owners by e-mail
