Tasks:
- Close cooperation with line managers
- Search for suitable candidates, primarily engineers and technicians
- Search primarily on social networks
- Recruitment and onboarding: Carrying out recruitment processes and ensuring an effective onboarding process
- Employee relations: Maintaining and promoting positive relationships between employees and management and assisting in resolving conflicts
- The work mostly takes place in the home office / online
Qualification:
- HR training
- High consulting expertise
- Several years of professional experience as an HR-BP or in a comparable position
- High assertiveness
- Service-oriented doer with a strong desire to create and change
- Good communication skills, high social skills and confident appearance
- Good knowledge of English & German, at least B2
