VNG Engineering - Jr Tools and Analytics Specialist (m/ž)

The Product Tech & CPQ Specialist will report to the EMEA Business Analytics and tools Manager within the Technology Application and Market Development function. The person will develop new Product configurators and work more generically on new tools definition, development and maintenance in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales and Application Engineering Teams. This include current applications, mainly ConfigureOne, Solution Designer, PowerBI, Oracle CRMoD and Oracle EBS and integrations among them, and any future applications supporting the Opportunity to Order processes. Duties & responsibilities: - Contribute to technical design, prototyping and proof-of-concepts, development tasks as required in support of current and new projects - Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed - Support the day to day administrative functions pertaining to the sales applications, especially CPQ software and integrations among them - Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify/document functional gaps - Participate in solution architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities - Collaborate with the Project Management to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront - Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed - Monitor and drive issues to resolution - Assist activities to administrate the database of quotes, analyze volume and success rate, assist KPIs preparation - In coordination with Application Engineers develop new tools (web based or other) to automate their activities - Facilitation of, and direct involvement with, content creation and data management enabling Customers, Partners, and internal / external stakeholders as appropriate to grow revenue and profitability - Effective understanding, leverage, and guidance of the Configure-Price-Quote, ERP, and other relevant tool suites

School Background / Basic qualifications: - International experience is a plus - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Systems - Fluent in English (spoken and written) Technical skills: - Experience with PL/SQL and/or MS SQL is required - Previous experience with HTML, Java and Javascript is preferred - Experience with web service development (REST & SOAP) working with API and Integration frameworks is preferred - Previous experience with Concept ConfigureOne and Oracle CPQ cloud is preferred - Previous experience with structured web application tools with several users - Experience with Quote-to-Order applications is preferred - Excellent practical use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS excel, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio - Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is preferred - Experience with Smartsheet is preferred - Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required - Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills - Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential - Ready to move beyond own area of comfort - Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills - Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations Apply today!
