Business Analyst (m/f)

The Regulatory Affairs team in IT R&D is recruiting a Business Analyst (BA) to partner with Regulatory Affairs (RA) personnel to work on the Identification of Medicinal Products (IDMP) program. The BA's primary responsibility will be oversight of business and technological activities within the strategic RIM and IDMP platforms. The position includes the critical role of stakeholder engagement, business analysis and business alignment. Business engagement would be mainly with the Regulatory Information Management group in Regulatory Operations and with additional stakeholders in RA and other business departments. Additionally, the role requires the BA to manage and track project activities. BA is expected to lead activities in the IDMP program with emphasis on technical analysis and design of data integration implementations, but also including regulations assessment, solutions analysis and implementation of solutions. Required experience & qualifications: - Minimum education: Higher education, Student, graduate, Bachelor, or more, technical and Science schools and faculties - Past experience with managing business applications and stakeholders - 3+ years of experience in solution implementations / delivery with emphasis on data integration - Experience working in a GxP environment and Pharmaceutical companies - Excellent English in speaking & writing - Team player & good communication skills - Fast learner Advantages: - Information systems/Software engineer - Experience and understanding of the Regulatory Affairs business processes - Familiarity with IT solutions in the Regulatory Affairs business area - Acumen in data architecture, ETL, integration design & implementation
