As a Waiter or Waitress at LIOQA Resort, your mission is to provide top-class service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, creating a positive atmosphere, and fostering guest satisfaction. Job description: - Service Excellence: Execute waiting duties with precision and courtesy, consistently delivering exceptional service that meets or exceeds guest expectations - Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with diners, answer inquiries, take orders, and offer recommendations to enhance their dining experience - Equipment and Facility Care: Safeguard restaurant equipment and maintain the dining area's cleanliness and ambiance - Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest complaints or requests professionally, patiently, and promptly, ensuring their concerns are addressed to their satisfaction - Adherence to Procedures: Follow daily operational procedures established by the Restaurant Manager or designated personnel - Continuous Improvement: Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance service standards, personal qualifications, and understanding of our cultural and operational values

- 3+ years of proven experience as a waiter or waitresses in a 4* or 5* hotel environment and fine-dining restaurants - Hospitality Enthusiasm: A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry - Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment or fine-dining restaurant - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the technical equipment and tools relevant to the role - Problem-solving: Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience - Professionalism: Personal integrity, the ability to work excellently in a demanding environment, and strong time and energy management skills - Team Collaboration: Capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures in a global setting - Positive Communication: An open, positive, and communicative personality that contributes to a welcoming dining atmosphere - Service Precision: Ability to execute tasks with precision, maintaining top-tier service quality - Language Skills: Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus
