As Local Marketing & Sales Manager - Grid Integration you will be accountable for defining and implementing marketing and sales strategy for the complete portfolio of the Grid Integration Business Unit (HV/MV substations, Power Quality, e-mobility, etc) for Croatia and Balkan market, through planning, leadership, and development of the sales organization in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative goals , exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and implement the Business Unit (Grid Integration) strategy for the local markets and ensure business development in the operating unit, with full accountability on the Order intake results
- Responsible for Sales orders and growth. Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Define and implement Marketing and Sales action plans to develop the market in line with Business Unit strategy to ensure the accomplishment of quantitative and qualitative business goals
- Evaluate opportunities in allocated local markets and decides appropriate activities in line with the action plan
- Ensure profitable business growth through development of performance targets in line with Business Unit targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
- Lead and manage dedicated sales team and ensure local plans to achieve targets are implemented
- Regularly report to BU organization about the Marketing and Sales activities and status
- Implements and ensures that our Sales are in compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution
- Shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
