- Complete office organisation
- Support for the sales team
- Logistics support, order placement and preparation of transport documents
- Basic office accounting
- Receiving and processing of incoming invoices
- Preparing and sending outgoing invoices
- Generate payment orders in banking application
- Cash management
- Prepare reports

- SSS/VSŠ preferably in the area of economic, administration or logistics
- Flexibility and "hands on mentality"
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- English communication skills obligatory (language with the headquarters in Vienna is in English)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
