Opis posla
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team in Zagreb. To our new colleague we provide a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate an accurate 12 month rolling forecast for own brands for CEE region
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to make sure forecasts are in line with the recent business plan
- Lead forecast validation meetings according to S&OP process
- Measure and control Service level collaboration with related departments. Analyse demand and supply performance to define root causes. Support risk assessments and mitigation activities. Manage Shortages with allocation based on priorities collected from Stakeholders.
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (FCA, MAD/BIAS..).
- Manage Product life cycle changes with NPI and with other related departments
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- University or college degree
- Fluent English
- Ideally 2 years of Demand Planning experience (FMCG experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to step up in meetings with senior managers
- Proactive, curious and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Power BI would be a plus
