What you'll do:
- Creating and implementing the company's financial policies and procedures
- Preparing financial plans and developing financial models for decision support; understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of our organization
- Preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually, and as per request)
- Preparing the financial forecasts in accordance with the company's short-term and long-term goals
- Do the reporting and operational/financial metrics and KPI tracking
- Planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the agency budgets
- Collaborating with management to gather and analyze various financial information; evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments
- Collaborating with all internal departments and an external accounting service department in order to collect and prepare data and documentation for payroll administration and various other purposes
- Receiving, verifying, accounting, and processing incoming invoices, as well as controlling the invoice payments
- Preparing, verifying, and processing outgoing invoices, as well as monitoring the invoice payments
- Support the implementation of the CRM system
- Assisting with other financial tasks as per requests
