Technical Writer (m/f)

Axiros, globally recognized IoT and Telco solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Technical Writer (m/f) to support the team in Zagreb, Croatia. Tasks: - Design and write technical documentation for our products in English - Maintain and improve existing documentation - Work closely with the development team to get a clear understanding of how the product works - Interact independently with all stakeholders, project managers and support engineers to provide the required support for project updates

Minimal requirements: - A bachelor's degree in technical communication, linguistics, writing or similar - 3 years of experience in technical writing for software products - Good command of English, both written and verbal - Good writing style and strong editing and formatting skills - Experience in using authoring tools, issue-tracking, and version control systems - Ability to analyze information and structure a document - Attention to detail - Ability to quickly understand new technologies - Strong communication skills What will be a plus: - Fluency with plaintext documentation workflows including Markdown - Knowledge of single-source authoring - Experience in Git (Gitlab) - Familiarity with Linux Command Line
