This position is part of the Mölnlycke CEE Team for Operation Room Solutions and Gloves. This is an exciting time to join our high-performing team in Eastern Europe as we are gaining market share rapidly, the growth plans and investment in the country are significant. Our Operation Room Solutions team in South Eastern Europe is looking for a Product Specialist Surgical (m/f/d) to be based in Croatia, a dynamic operation room expert to drive growth of the surgical business through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with distributors and clients. This position reports into the SEE Business Development Manager. Position location: Croatia Your responsibilities: - Drive Mölnlycke profitable growth in the SEE countries: pre-tender, tender, contract management - Identify focus accounts and develop collaboration with them - Sales: Develop Mölnlycke complex solutions adapted to customer needs and objectives - Customer Management relationships: ensure correct use of Mölnlycke’s solutions through end-user training and regular reviews with customers - Help distributors and clients in solution design, to define the right commercial offer - Provide outstanding service, including professional advice, clinical and technical support - Tight collaboration with distributors - Work in collaboration with other Mölnlycke services (Customer Care, Tender & Market support), to provide outstanding service - Product launches: planning and execution of new product launches to ensure rocket start - Conduct product trials in the operating theatres according to needs - Provide local marketing support assuring profitable development of the assortment

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Medical - Minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing activities, preferably within Medical Device - Strong background in surgical products and with product launches - Good business acumen - Willing to make a difference and improve Operation Room Efficiency and Safety - Entrepreneurial spirit: results and solution oriented, with a strong sense of ownership - Well versed in project management and strong analytical mindset - Excellent communication and listening skills - Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Fluent knowledge of English, other languages would be an advantage - Flexibility to travel (50-60%)
