We are looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product teams. You will help build and evolve digital products used in the construction industry. You won't just receive specifications and implement them. You'll work closely with product and design to understand problems, explore solutions and turn ideas into reliable software.
We value quality, simplicity, collaboration and continuous improvement. We expect engineers to take ownership of what they build, from understanding the problem through development, deployment and further improvement.
What you'll do:
- Design, build and improve modern web applications and APIs using .NET and C#
- Work across the stack, with an emphasis on backend development
- Collaborate with product, design and other engineers to understand customer problems and find good solutions
- Contribute to technical design and architecture
- Build and operate cloud-based services on Microsoft Azure
- Write maintainable, testable and secure software
- Use automated testing, CI/CD, observability and modern engineering practices
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team
- Help improve our products, technology and ways of working
- Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted development, where they help us work more efficiently and deliver better software

What we're looking for
You don't need to know every technology we use. We're more interested in strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity and your ability to learn.
We'd like you to have:
- Experience developing applications with C# and .NET
- Experience designing and working with REST APIs
- Understanding of web technologies and modern application architecture
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server
- Familiarity with Git and automated development workflows
- An understanding of testing, maintainability and software quality
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute beyond your own code
- Good communication skills in English
Experience with some of the following is a plus:
- Microsoft Azure
- Blazor frontend framework
- Event-driven architectures and messaging
- Docker and containerized applications
- NoSQL databases and search technologies
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Cloud-native and distributed systems
- Automated testing and observability
You don't need experience with everything on this list.
