Test / Support Engineer (Junior/Senior) (m/f)

As Test/Support Engineer (Junior/Senior), you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the development of the logiRECORDER Automotive HIL Video Logger. You will act as a technical bridge between the company and clients, providing technical expertise, innovative solutions, and support throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves evaluating customer needs, designing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation of products. Responsibilities: - Optimize testing processes and ensure product quality through structured quality control - Develop and execute test cases for automotive video cameras, LiDAR, radar, sensors, and ECUs - Perform in-line and end-of-line testing procedures and maintain related documentation - Provide technical support and training to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations - Diagnose user issues and determine solutions in collaboration with engineering and R&D teams - Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs using company products - Assist clients in product integration, feature usage, and maximizing overall value - Troubleshoot product issues, contribute to bug fixes, and support patch development - Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and reports for internal and customer use - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product improvements based on customer feedback

- BS. or MS degree in Engineering/ Computer Science or Technology related field - Fluency in English (verbal and written), knowledge of German is an advantage - Experience in a similar role, in a technical or engineering-focused organization is advantage - Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), to present complex topics clearly - Strong problem-solving skills to resolve integration challenges - Ability to quickly learn complex technical systems Experience in one or more of the following areas: - Programming in C, C++, Python, or similar languages - Automotive and other interfaces such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, Flexray, FPD-Link, GMSL, HDMI, UART, I2C - Development, testing, or familiarity of embedded systems (mechatronics, automotive control systems, protocols)
