- Lead and oversee operations across four locations of Museum of Illusions (Zagreb, Split, Valencia, Sevilla), with direct management of the Zagreb site
- Manage and coordinate local managers across international locations, ensuring alignment and performance
- Define priorities, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure effective execution
- Drive operational stability while continuously optimizing existing processes
- Lead and develop B2B sales and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships and drive event-based revenue opportunities
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues (including hands-on involvement when needed)
- Establish clear structures, processes, and accountability to ensure scalable and efficient operations
