Account Executive with a future vision to lead Xylon sales. You’ll fit right in if you are energetic and eager to win. You will be responsible for the next leap of sales, and the development of Xylon’s sales. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans based on Xylon’s unique all-in-one HIL data logger - Lead sales to drive design wins and revenue generation effort at key tier-1 OEMs across both AD and ADAS automotive market segments - Set short-term and long-term strategic plans for rapid revenue growth - Actively support the company’s marketing activities - Travel within the EU and WW

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- At least 3 years of proven experience as a technical sales person or key account - Experience in sales in the EU, WW is an advantage - Strong technical background (preferably Electrical Engineering) - Automotive Measurement Tools or similar Automotive segments are an advantage - Established track record in defining and securing key design wins at tier-1 OEM customers in automotive markets Expected skills and qualities: - High-energy, resilient, persistent – likes to get things done and is comfortable with working in a high velocity, sometimes rapidly changing environment - Commercial mindset combined with technical expertise - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to translate technical customer requirements into functional products and solutions - Strong target orientation and inclination towards making crisp decisions and implementing them decisively - Ability to see market trends and determine how to apply new technologies to produce growth and positive financial results Education level: - BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Advanced English language skills (experienced user C1)
