You will thrive if you are:
- An experienced recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of Agency and/or internal corporate recruitment experience
- Experienced in the Software Development and Tech/data industry
- Experienced in the markets of Croatia and Central/Eastern Europe
- Experienced in recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing roles
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Familiar with software tools, languages, and software development (on the level to be able to talk about it with candidates)
- Expert in end-to-end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding, etc.)
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems - preferably Greenhouse ATS
- Familiar with direct sourcing experience through Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn
- Able to navigate ambiguity and change, while setting priorities and delivering on commitments against a defined strategy
- Friendly and professional. Candidates feel at ease speaking with you
