Emovis is expanding its development center in Split and we are looking for an independent, proactive and technically strong QA Team Lead to drive quality excellence across our products and development teams.
In this role, you will lead the QA function, develop testing strategies, support agile delivery, and ensure the stability, reliability and scalability of our digital solutions for electronic tolling and smart mobility. Our technology stack includes microservices, containerization (Docker), and Linux-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the QA team across multiple projects
- Define and implement QA strategy, standards and best practices
- Create, review and optimize test plans, test cases and automation strategies
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps and product teams
- Oversee automated and manual testing processes across microservice-based systems
- Ensure thorough regression, integration and end-to-end testing
- Track key quality metrics, risks and defect trends
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Stay current with new testing tools, techniques and industry trends
