Support Engineer (m/ž)

We're looking for a Support Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of our products, covering both Windows and Linux environments. As a Support Engineer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the stability and performance of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing support during designated shifts, ensuring continuity of service. - Promptly addressing and resolving technical issues to minimize disruption and maintain project integrity. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurring issues. - Monitoring system health and performance metrics to identify potential issues proactively. - Assisting clients and stakeholders with technical queries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Requirements: - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Basic familiarity with .NET development concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow. - Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices, particularly in the context of supporting live systems. - Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Linux environments. - Proactive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure.
