Systems Engineer / Administrator (m/ž)

What you’ll do - Proactively troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues; document solutions and create knowledge-base articles - Provide clear reports and feedback to engineering to strengthen product quality - Deliver technical trainings, demos, and presentations - Align with ISO 27001 processes, flows, and procedures - Contribute to development/testing/optimization of our products Location: Pula, Croatia — on-site preferred; hybrid remote available for candidates based in Croatia.

What you bring - Service-minded engineer who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration - 3+ years experience - Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting; OS-agnostic mindset - Strong foundation in networking and core protocols - Experience with web servers and reverse proxies/load balancers (e.g., Nginx/Apache, HAProxy) - Experience operating applications and web servers in production - Understanding of virtualization, containers, and Kubernetes - Hands-on hardware (servers, routers, firewalls) - Familiarity with provisioning/config management & deployment tools like Ansible is a plus - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under changing priorities—independently and in a high-performance team Nice to have - Experience with application delivery/load balancers (HAProxy a plus) - Background in DevOps or Systems Administration - Exposure to cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Bonus tools from our stack: Ubuntu/Linux, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Redis, Asterisk, GitLab, Grafana, Prometheus, Jira, Elixir, Airflow, Postgres, Elastic, RabbitMQ - Ideal candidate if all above + deep networking skills/expirience with firewalls,routers, ect.
