We are a London-based IT recruitment agency currently looking to hire new team members in Croatia. This is a fully remote opportunity, and we’re seeking motivated individuals who would like to join a growing international business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the 180 recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and qualifying candidates to offer management and post-placement care
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals) to identify, attract, and engage top IT consultants)
- Screen CVs and applications, conduct interviews, assess both technical and cultural fit, and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Write and post compelling job adverts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobserve, and others to attract high-quality candidates
- Provide tailored support to candidates, including CV enhancement, interview preparation, and ongoing career advice
- Build and maintain strong talent pools across key IT specialisms (e.g. data analytics, cloud technologies, cybersecurity)
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with IT consultants, serving as their primary point of contact during and beyond assignments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all recruitment activity, talent pipeline development, and lead generation
- Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing key insights and developments with the wider team
- Collaborate closely with business development and client management teams to ensure seamless alignment between candidate delivery and client/project requirements
- Actively contribute to new business initiatives by identifying and pursuing both warm and cold leads
