- Overall 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital design, or similar roles
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiar with main digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads)
- Familiar with Brand Asset Management tools and Brand Strategy in general
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity Suite (Creating Brochures, Marketing Materials, and developing reusable templates)
- Experienced with Email Marketing Automation (Mailchimp, Mailgun)
- Experienced with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office in general (Writing documentation and basic chart creation)
- Understanding Fonts and Font Pairings
- Understanding Brand Image and the ability to create recognizable and unifying style across our channels (Website, SharePoint, Social Media, Brochures, Proposals, Reports)
- Experience with WordPress CMS (Publishing content)
- Experience with SharePoint Platform (Publishing content)
- Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities
- Ability to act independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload with minimal supervision
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
