Our new colleague will be responsible for the office administrative needs and will work closely with our Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations, completing tasks in a professional and timely manner. What you'll be doing? - Meeting and greeting clients - Mail distribution (incoming and outgoing mail) - Monitoring deliveries for the office - Helping, organizing, and maintaining office common areas - Administrative tasks

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

We're looking for someone who: - Has excellent communication skills - Has good organizational skills - Enjoys learning and is customer-oriented - Enjoys collaborating with people and is ready to help when needed - Is fluent in English
