Sales & Reservations Agent (m/f)

Your responsibilities will include: - Handling all agency-related and administrative tasks - Communicating and working with both international and domestic clients - Selling accommodation services and capacities - Preparing offers and invoices, creating travel itineraries, making reservations and preparing travel documentation - Welcoming and assisting clients arriving in groups - Preparing content and information for the agency's website - Conducting business responsibly and ensuring full understanding of and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia related to tourism activities

What we expect from you: - Good understanding of hotel products, room types and accommodation options. Previous experience in booking and reservations is an advantage - Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken - Strong organizational skills, a high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, flexibility and efficiency - Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office - A proactive approach, strong work ethic and motivation to successfully complete daily tasks - A genuine willingness to learn, develop your skills and acquire new knowledge - Willingness to travel occasionally
