Account Manager Oxygen Therapy (m/f)

We’re looking for an Account Manager Oxygen Therapy who will be managing our medical assortment in order to develop long term sustainable profitable business. We are looking for a dynamic and a hard-working Sales professional, with a real desire to learn and excellent team working abilities. Your Responsibilities: - To maximise sales growth and profitability through winning new business and maintaining existing accounts - To create and execute a sales strategy and action plan for new and existing clients in your geographical zone - To ensure regular and accurate reporting and sales forecasting using Mölnlycke's CRM and analytical tools - Prepare and participate in tenders, dealing with wholeselers - To work actively towards both personal and team targets & goals in a professional and friendly team - To have a real customer focus, offer support in other areas such as logistics and complaint handling - You will have the opportunity to work with flexible working hours and use your own ideas

Your Profile: - Minimum of 3 years' experience within a sales environment with proven track record - Strong Communication, Selling & Negotiation skills - Performance driven and customer focused - Healthcare or medical device sales experience would be advantageous - Commercial understanding, open, honest and willing-to-learn attitude - Very good knowledge of English - Respectful, honest and open minded attitude - Able to work independently, however a strong team playe This is a chance to join and learn from a high-performing team in a market that is offering us exceptional growth and increased market share.
